Davis-Rea Ltd. was founded in 1997 with the merger of two companies that had each been successful for twenty years: D.A.C. Davis Investment Counsel Inc. and Lewis-Rea Ltd. In 2004, Cunningham Investment Counsel merged with Davis-Rea. Davis-Rea primary focus is capital preservation and manages portfolios to achieve superior returns without assuming undue risk.
