This position includes responsibilities for client activities and participation in the software development process.
Key Responsibilities:

Daily interaction with clients to ensure that each is obtaining maximum benefit from the Toogood applications

Preparation and presentation of client-specific training on new and existing functionality

Participation in discussions, documentation, and implementation of innovative solutions
Qualifications/Education Requirements:

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proven innovative problem-solving abilities
-
Investment industry experience

Proficient with MS Office applications

An undergraduate degree, Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or similar designation
